I got my tires here and now its so nice I can just swing by and get my tire pressure checked before I go on any road trips for free. While I could fill them myself at any has station the convienience is hard to beat.

I was treated with respect, not like "some dumb woman." My car issues were addressed in a reasonable time frame and were taken care of quickly. They did not try to sell me service I did not need.

The store manager Mr. Doug Williams was great. Full of info very detailed in what Firestone had to offer as far as credit card as well lifetime warranty offers. Wasn’t pushy and handle every issue I had with ease. This will be my new go to shop from now on. It’s hard to find honest shops Mr. Williams made this a very easy decision for me. Thanks brother!

Client associates were professional, greeted me with a handshake and a smile. They were educated in their positions and made me feel confident in their ability to provide the best service for my vehicle. The waiting area was clean and bright. The temperature was perfect the entire time of my wait. WiFi was easily accessible which is incredibly important considering I needed to work remotely while I waited on my vehicle. Bathroom was equipped with motionless dispensers which is a great benefit to me as a client. I highly recommend this Firestone Complete Auto Care location for all your vehicle service needs.
